R & E - looks abandoned doesn't it. Actually it is a Bank call centre in the throes of closing. On my main blog are numerous sideways references to it. I am being made voluntarily redundant in January and it feels like a great prospect. More time to write and photograph!

This may sound very strange and heartless, but looking at these photos I got to thinking about the Holocaust.

Now I'm not sure how worried I should be about my own mind or the brilliance of this set of photos.

Ruk - great stuff thanks for your thoughts. I seem to remember seeing Holocaust photos of useful things piuled up ready for destruction - useful things like walking sticks and crutches. I think maybe that's the comparison you are drawing.

Finn - I think I see what you mean - severe and somewhat antisocial?!!

As to Dilbert, heck I am in danger of turning into him!!

peoples lives being pushed aside for the progressive disease that we know as commerce.
sad sight indeed is an empty room or office.

CJ - yes it does look rather bleak. Very "end-of-an-era" very redundant.
