21 year old rose


This rose was bought on the birth of my second son 21 years ago. It has survived 3 house moves and is stronger and brighter than ever.

"Good morning!"


They test fly early in the morning. This one came directly over our house. I was awoken by the roar of its burners at 6:00am. I stood in my garden looking up and we called out 'good morning' to each other. A very strange moment. He couldn't stay aloft and landed in a nearby school field.
