Looks like a fun day out. I wish they had balloon fests. around Cheshire.
Superb fun and quite a spectacle. But wouldn't you know it, the busy-body politically correct lobby have campaigned for its cancellation. Apparently its not safe!!
If not balloon festivals then at least good countryside not too far afield from you?
